Our Director and Chartered Building Surveyor is Graeme A. Rich MRICS.  He is North Wales born and bred and as such has a thorough understanding of the local market and construction styles.  GAR Property Consultants Ltd was set up in order to offer potential clients a "one-stop shop" for all property matters, ranging from building surveys, design and planning, to the supervision of building works as he felt there is a shortage of this type of provision in the area.  Graeme believes that as an independent, local firm, GAR Property Consultants Ltd can offer a more personal and tailored service to clients than can be provided by national or larger firms, who often employ surveyors from outside the area.

Graeme has been in the property and construction industry for over 30 years and has gained valuable experience in all aspects of the industry, including residential, commercial and educational property.  He has also generated a large number of contacts in the local construction and property industry.  Graeme is fully qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from The University of Salford and he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He is also a qualified Prince2 Project Management Practitioner and holds many Health & Safety related certificates. A background in architecture, construction management and construction technology coupled with site experience and extensive surveying and inspection experience, means GAR Property Consultants Ltd are able to offer in-depth survey reports and building plans of the highest standards.
